Cancellation Policies

  • Attendee: Attendee cancellation up to two weeks from the start of the event will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of registration fee. No refunds will be made within two weeks of the event. A substitute attendee from the same organization is allowed.

  • Payment in full is due upon acceptance of abstract. Cancellation: No refunds. A substitute speaker is allowed
