Registration Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing on or before May 3, 2013 are fully refundable.  No refunds allowed after May 3, 2013.  Substitutions allowed at any time provided ENERGY OCEAN Management is notified.  All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing to cfox@accessintel.com.  Requests for refunds will be subject to a $99 processing fee.
